I know what you're thinking: "who can afford a personal trainer?!" But the truth is: anyone can!
Jess has made a difference in my life in more ways than I can count. She has given me so much confidence! I have a goal. We work toward that goal together. She makes my goal her goal as well. I have never felt comfortable working out with anyone, but then I found Jess. She even has certification in perinatal and postpartum exercise! I never doubt her knowledge and trusted her with both my health and my baby's.
I never feel "stupid" for not knowing how to do a certain move. She works with me until I get it right. She has this amazing knack of pushing me far beyond my limits while never losing the smile on her face or the sweet tone in her voice.
Trust me when I say: you need Jess Wood Wellness in your life!

If you’re looking for a personalized, challenging and life-changing workout with a trainer who truly cares about her clients, I highly recommend Jess Wood.
I’ve been working out with Jess for three years. What motivated me to seek a personal trainer was my inability to maintain a regular exercise routine, along with feeling like my whole body was starting to go south. I had constant lower back pain and pain in both knees, with my right knee occasionally “giving out” when I went up and down stairs or walked long distances. And speaking of my knees … they were starting to get that wrinkly, baggy look, and my upper arms weren’t looking very good either.
It was time to take action, and I was lucky enough to find Jess. She gently eased me into weight-bearing exercises and gradually increased weights and difficulty as I grew stronger. Her upbeat, positive attitude is incredibly motivating. And one of the best things about working out with Jess is that no two workouts are ever the same. It’s not like going to a gym where you cycle through the same boring machines three times a week. Every workout is different and tailored to my specific needs and abilities. I have arthritis in my hands and feet, and if a particular move is uncomfortable she immediately modifies the exercise to make it work for me. Each week there is a new challenge – something that I’m sure I can’t do, but with her encouragement I find myself able to reach fitness goals that I didn’t think were possible. Best of all, about a year into my training sessions, I found that my back and knee pain had significantly improved through exercises that strengthened those weak muscles, and my upper arms and knees are definitely firmer and more defined. I feel great when I finish my training sessions, and at 54, I can still take the stairs two at a time!
